Associate Attorney | Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC – Kingwood
Chelsea Wojcik is an associate attorney at the Law Office of Bryan Fagan, PLLC’s Kingwood office. Her practice focuses primarily on family law, including high-asset divorces and matters involving child custody. She also handles select estate-planning matters. Chelsea brings persistence, ambition, and careful attention to detail to her work, along with a personal understanding of how family relationships can shape the lives of everyone involved.
Education & Career
Chelsea earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in Legal Studies from Sam Houston State University in 2019. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2022.
Since beginning her legal career, Chelsea has worked exclusively in law firm environments. Her practice is centered on helping families navigate difficult transitions, with a particular interest in complex divorces involving significant assets and cases in which child custody is at issue.
Why She Practices Family Law
Chelsea entered the legal profession because she wanted to help people in need and provide meaningful support to those experiencing some of the most difficult periods of their lives. Family law gives her the opportunity to guide clients through emotionally challenging situations while helping them understand their rights, responsibilities, and available options.
Her perspective has been shaped in part by watching her siblings experience life with separated parents. Seeing their family relationships from a child’s point of view gave Chelsea early insight into the realities of co-parenting and the lasting effect those relationships can have.
Becoming a mother has added another dimension to that understanding. Her own experiences as a parent have changed the way she evaluates cases and strengthened her ability to relate to clients facing decisions involving their children.
Her Approach
Chelsea’s friends describe her as persistent, ambitious, attentive to detail, and always active. These qualities translate naturally into her legal practice. She works diligently, pays close attention to the details that can influence a case, and remains engaged throughout every stage of the legal process.
Chelsea understands that clients need both practical legal advice and an attorney who recognizes the emotional weight of their situation. She strives to offer thoughtful guidance informed by her professional knowledge, personal experiences, and understanding of family dynamics.
Personal
Chelsea grew up in The Woodlands and has also lived in Cleveland and Kingwood. She now lives in New Caney with her husband, Kyle, whom she married in May 2021, and their two young sons, Noah and Beckett. Their family also includes two boxers, Allie and Remington.
Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys watching football, cooking, and spending time outdoors with her family. Their favorite activities include fishing, riding four-wheelers, visiting the gun range, and playing football – although her oldest son currently calls it ‘bootball.’
Chelsea and her family are excited to trade city life for more room in the country. She also hopes to travel internationally more often. Italy is at the top of her list because of her love of food and her desire to experience the country’s culture firsthand.
